The Schubert Club’s popular COURTROOM CONCERT SERIES, hosted by composer Abbie Betinis, opens its 23rd season of free weekly concerts on Thursday, October 17 at noon. This series features accomplished musicians and composers from the Twin Cities and nearby surrounding area, as well as occasional musical newcomers to the area.
Programs last approximately one hour. Complimentary coffee is served. These concerts are regularly filled to capacity, and seating is General Admission on a first-come, first-served basis. Full details

February 13: The Music of Minnesota composer PaviElle French.
PaviElle is an amazing interdisciplinary artist, hailing from Rondo, a historically Black neighborhood in St. Paul, Minnesota. She is the recipient of an Upper Midwest Emmy Award as well as, a Sage Award for Dance and Choreography. She most recently has won an American Composers Forum Grant funded by the Jerome Foundation for her classical composition, A Requiem for Zula (2019) written in celebration of her Mother.
